Welcome to Gifted Homeschoolers

A place where curious minds thrive, families connect, and gifted kids are truly seen.

Gifted Homeschoolers exists to support, inspire, and connect families educating gifted and twice-exceptional learners, no matter what your homeschool looks like. We provide free interactive online lessons, creative contests, live educational opportunities, and nationwide events designed to meet gifted kids where they are and help them grow into who they are becoming.

We also understand that gifted children often have highly individual interests. One child may be deeply immersed in astronomy, another in creative writing, robotics, history, or music theory. Their passions may shift quickly or remain intense for years. Having opportunities to explore those interests and to connect with others who share them can be both motivating and affirming.

You do not have to figure this out alone. We are glad you are here.

Gifted Homeschoolers is a growing community of educators, subject-matter experts, mentors, and experienced homeschooling families who believe gifted education should be accessible, engaging, and human-centered.

We know giftedness does not come in one neat package. It can mean advanced academics paired with big emotions, asynchronous development, intense curiosity, learning differences, or a child who does not fit traditional systems, no matter how bright they are.

Our mission is to create meaningful learning experiences and real connection for gifted homeschoolers across the country, while supporting parents with resources, encouragement, and community.

Perhaps, you are a parent who realized that “gifted” does not always mean “easy.”

Maybe your child is racing ahead academically but struggling socially or emotionally.
Maybe traditional school did not fit, and homeschooling felt like both freedom and free fall.
Maybe you are confident in your choice and homeschooled from the beginning, or maybe you are questioning everything at 2 a.m.

But what is clear is that you want an education that honors your child’s depth, pace, creativity, and intensity, while also giving them chances to meet peers who think similarly, share passions, and feel understood. Finding like-minded friends and meaningful connections can make a powerful difference for gifted kids.

Our Philosophy

There is no one right way to homeschool a gifted child.

Some families are all-in on classical methods.
Some are eclectic, project-based, online, hybrid, or fluid.

We believe families deserve choice, clarity, and confidence, and gifted children deserve support & opportunities to explore their unique interests while forming authentic connections with others.

Whether you are brand new to homeschooling or a seasoned veteran, Gifted Homeschoolers is here to support your family.

Explore. Participate. Connect.
Let us build something extraordinary together
